1. TECHNIQUE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT BOARD

Opertion motto: “quality is the main goal”
Technology and project managent department include divisions such as: design , M&E construstion and project management department is responsible of monitoring and managing techniques, quality of construction, and progress of the project.

2. FINANCE ACCOUNTING BROARD

Operation motto: “quickly and correctly”
Member of finance and accounting department are required to work quickly and correctly because this department is reponsible for managing everything that relates to accounting and budget of the company. Besides, finance and accounting department is also in charge of planning and executing financial polices, mobilizing capital, evaluting business operation, and managing fund risk.

3. GENERAL PLAN BOARD

Operation motto: “Actively and effectively”
General plan department is responsible for legal matter, contract,monitoring, managing the material supplying, and controlling risks for projects.

4. PERSONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD

Operation motto: “United and Development
Managing HR and administrative, building and executing HR plan are the main responsibilities, of administrative and human resource department. People is the most important asset in the development strategy of Ky An, therefore, Administrative and human resource department must frequently carry out training programs for employees to ungrade their skills and knowledge, as well as propose policies to take care of them.

5. SALES AND MARKETING

Operation motto: “Dynamic and professinal – Eagre to overcome challenges”
Sales and marketing departing, on the one hand, builds and executes plans in order to project and develop the brand and image of the company and its project, on the other hand, establishes and cultivates the relationships with clients, operates and monitors sale activites.
